Shipping & Returns:

Phazzer Brand Products is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item for an exchange within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase.

      Estimate Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are estimated with UPS as the carrier using the Priority Flat Rate method of shipping. The exact shipping costs are used depending on the Shipping Carrier and method you select during the "checkout process" based on your Zip Code entered on your shipping address within the US. Estimated International Shipping: The shipping costs are quoted based off weight percentage of the order purchased. All International orders are sent from Taiwan. If you have an International Carrier account for Shipping and wish to use that Carrier, then it is best to phone in your order. Otherwise we will choose the best method available within reason to get your order to you in a timely manner. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery for International Orders. You will receive a tracking number via email when it is available.
