One Year Manufacturer Warranty Guarantee
The limited warranty set forth below is provided by Phazzer Electronics. Inc. USA with respect to ALL Phazzer Brand Products purchased. The Phazzer Brand Products purchased with this limited warranty are the only products which this limited warranty provided by Phazzer apply. Any Phazzer Brand Product, when delivered to a customer in new condition in its original packaging, is warranted against material defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Defective units returned to Phazzer and proven to be defective upon inspection will be replaced with a new unit or exchanged for a refurbished unit as determined by Phazzer. In any case of discontinued product, any unit will be replaced with a unit that has similar or more advanced features as Phazzer Technology progresses. This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of ANY Phazzer Brand Product and does not apply in the following circumstances:
a) Loss of or damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating instructions, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in the user manual or services performed by an unauthorized Phazzer Dealer. Additionally, water damage, sand/dust/corrosion damage, damage due to impact, scratches, abrasions or damage to the housing, or other accidental damage to any other accessories that has been determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the units as set forth in the operating instructions.

IT IS THE POLICY OF PHAzzER TO ARRANGE RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND REPLACE UPON RECEIPT OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND INVOICE. A NEW UNIT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ACCORDINGLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RETURN.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Phazzer Electronics, Inc. will replace the Phazzer CEW free of charge with a same or like product within one year following the altercation if the customer provides the following information to Phazzer Electronics, Inc.:
- •a copy of the official police report documenting the incident, details of the use of the product in self-defense, and confirmation of the loss of the product
- •proof of purchase of the product (receipt, purchase order, or invoice);
- •check or a credit authorization for the shipping and handling fees; and
- •Customer’s name, phone number, and physical address (no P.O. Boxes allowed), of location where the replaced item will be sent.

Purchaser is responsible for any expedited shipping or handling costs for the replacement CEW. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or extends to 90-days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage to the Owner.
